– Understanding UI/UX and user behavior is a big advantage

– Be meticulous, careful, and have high responsibility for work
– Experience as a Business Analyst in projects of IT products and solutions (from 1-2 years)
– Have good system analysis skills
– Able to work under pressure and work independently
– Ability to approach, research and grasp technology quickly
– Experience as a programmer is an advantage

#Description of work
– Work directly with customers, collect project information, analyze and understand customer requirements
– Work directly with Developers and Testers for successful project implementation
– Prepare necessary project documents to support customers
– Support Project Manager in project planning and implementation
– Participating in the analysis of operations related to the IT field
– Communicating with customers as a solution consultant and user training
– Update information, analyze solutions, research new technologies
